Refund Policy

Refund Policy for TSI’s DFY Marketing Program: 

1. Guarantee and Scope:

  • TSI Media guarantees a minimum of 50 qualified appointments within the first 90 days of initiating your marketing campaigns. 
  • A qualified appointment is defined as a booking with a prospect who:
    • Has a specific problem your business can solve.
    • Has been experiencing this problem for a mutually agreed-upon duration since the start of our engagement.
    • Has proactively and voluntarily scheduled an appointment with your business.

2. Conditions for Guarantee:

  • The guarantee depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. TSI Media is not liable for losses or damages resulting from inaccuracies or omissions in your information.
  • The guarantee is void in cases of deviation from payment terms, non-adherence to TSI Media’s framework, delays in resource delivery, or interruptions due to external factors beyond TSI Media’s control (e.g., natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labor strikes, pandemics).
  • If the guaranteed number of appointments is not achieved, TSI Media will cover the additional media budget until the target is met, without requiring reimbursement for this additional spend.

3. Voiding the Guarantee:

  • The guarantee is void if:
    • You validate the marketing’s effectiveness by closing at least one sale, as per criteria mutually agreed upon with TSI Media.
    • There is general non-responsiveness or delays from your side, the client, totaling more than 15 days. This includes failure to provide necessary information, lack of timely approvals or feedback, or any other inaction that impedes the effective continuation of the marketing campaigns.

4. Refund Eligibility:

  • You are eligible for a refund only if:
    • The 50 qualified appointments guarantee is not met within the initial 90 days.
    • TSI Media continues to run your ads with its funds for an additional 90 days without achieving the 50 appointment target.

5. Token payments:

  • Token payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing or via email.

6. Refund Duration:

  • The refund will take 4-7 business days to reflect in your original payment mode.

7. Refund Payment Method:

  • If you are eligible for a refund, you can claim a refund as explained in Point #8.
  • If accepted, you can expect to receive a refund within 4-7 business days into your primary mode of payment. 

    Example – If you paid via a Credit Card, it will reflect as a refund in your Credit Card (or) if you paid via Bank Transfer, you will receive a direct Bank Transfer from our account. 

    Note – If you pay via a Credit or a Debit Card, your bank or card issuer can cause delays in the refund processing process. Kindly note that duration mentioned by us is the additional duration required on our side, and does not include the refund processing duration from your bank or card issuer.

  • In certain situations (or) cross-border payments, certain banks may stop payments from one country to another. In such specific cases, our client’s business can share a payment link (PayPal, Stripe, PayU, Payoneer, CCavenue, & other trusted payment gateway links only) to us at [email protected], and we will use our Credit Card or a Debit Card to pay you back in emergency refund situations ONLY.
